General Information

What happens after I place an order?

Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation verifying the item(s) that you purchased. 

 Can I Modify My Order? 

Unfortunately we are unable to change or modify orders after they’ve been placed. We’re also unable to change shipping addresses after orders have been submitted. Please double-check that all shipping info is accurate before placing your order! Please note that any orders placed separately will ship separately.

In terms of cancellations, you may be able to cancel your order if you contact us with the request to do so before the order has been fulfilled/processed. However, after an order has been fulfilled/processed, no cancellations can be made. We will do our vey best to accommodate you if your order has not been fulfilled/processed. 

When do orders ship?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holiday. Please allow up to 3-5 business days (from the date of order) for your order to be processed and prepped for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with courier and tracking information. 

Shipping Times 

At Baltesta Bean Natural Skincare, we believe in pure, natural, plant-based products that are high quality, effective, and accessible to you. This is why we offer a Flat-Rate Shipping method and Free Shipping for orders that total $50 or more before taxes, and after any discounts and promotions have been applied. These cost-effective shipping methods may impact shipping times. If this does occur, we ask for your patience in advance in anticipation of your skincare products.

Standard Shipping

USA

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days
• Shipping Time: Normally, packages should arrive in 3-4  business days from date of shipping.

International (e.g., Canada, Europe, Australia...)

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days
• Shipping Times 1-3 business days (International Express Shipping)
• Shipping Time: 7- 14 business days (Standard International Shipping) 

Rest of the World

• It is highly variable! For some countries (if shipping zone is available) it can be up to 21 days for economy/standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for International Express shipping, but most of the time it is in the    7-14 day range for economy/standard shipping. All associated fees for international shipping will be at the cost of the customer. 
• Due to order volume, allow us between 3-5 business days to get your order ready to go (aka processing time :)
